Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

Pick up from Rajkot and Head to Dwarka via Jamnagar

On arrival at the airport/railway station, our representative cum driver shall meet you, and we will head to Jamnagar to enjoy the fantastic Lakhotia Lake and the Bala Hanuman temple where Ramdhun has been heard since 1956. Post breakfast, we will travel to Jamnagar. Here you will visit Lakhotia Lake and Lakhotia Museum. A bizarre phenomenon here is the Bala Hanuman temple where Ramdhun has been heard non-stop since 1956, putting it in the Guinness book of world records. From here, you will travel to Dwarka where you will spend the night.

Day 2

Dwarka Local Sightseeing

After breakfast at your hotel, embark on a complete tour of Dwarka, soaking in its spiritual ambiance and historic charm.

Dwarka Sightseeing:

  • Bet Dwarka Temple – Accessible by boat, this temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and his abode on the island.
  • Rukmini Temple – Dedicated to Lord Krishna’s consort Rukmini, known for its beautiful carvings and architecture.
  • Gomti Ghat – Take a holy dip in the Gomti River and witness the daily rituals performed by pilgrims.
  • Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple – One of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, renowned for its religious significance.
  • Dwarkadhish Temple Aarti (Evening) – Attend the mesmerizing evening aarti, a highlight of Dwarka’s spiritual experience.

Return to your hotel for overnight stay after a fulfilling day of devotion and sightseeing.

Day 3

Dwarka to Somnath via Porbandar (Approx. 425 km / 8–9 hours)

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Dwarka and visit the Dwarkadhish Temple. Begin your drive towards Porbandar (Approx. 145 km / 3–3.5 hrs).

 

Porbandar Sightseeing:

  • Kirti Mandir – Birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, showcasing his life and legacy.
  • Sudama Temple – A unique temple dedicated to Sudama, a childhood friend of Lord Krishna.

 

Continue your drive to Somnath (Approx. 280 km / 5–5.5 hrs).

Somnath Sightseeing:

  • Somnath Temple – One of the twelve Jyotirlingas, famous for its magnificent architecture.
  • Bhalka Tirth – The site where Lord Krishna is said to have been mortally wounded.
  • Geeta Mandir – A temple dedicated to the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita.
  • Triveni Sangam – The confluence of three rivers, considered highly sacred.
  • Evening Aarti & Sound-Light Show – Experience the spiritual aura of Somnath Temple with the evening rituals and spectacular light show.

 

After the evening program, return to your hotel in Somnath for an overnight stay.

Day 4

Day Trip to Gir Forest to Enjoy Lion Safari

After breakfast drive to Sasan Gir. It is the famed place for Lion sightseeing and is well acknowledged as the only forest reserve in Asia for housing wild Lions,. Other animal species include the Sambhar, Spotted Deer, Nilgai and the Chausingha (the world's only four-horned antelope) can also be spotted in the forest. Even crocodiles can be seen in the reservoir and rivers flowing through the sanctuary. In the afternoon, we will go for a jungle safari in the National Park. After Jungle Safari return to Somnath. You can enjoy the sights that you could not complete so far.

Day 5

Enjoy Sights and Later Head to Diu

If you have not covered the local sights at Somnath, enjoy the local sights. Somnath Aarti is must, do not miss it at any cost. Later after breakfast and check out, we would head to Diu for the beach stay. The day would be relaxing for you. After relaxation enjoy sightseeing tour of Diu visiting St. Paul Church, Diu Museum (Closed on Wednesday), and Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple. In addition, you can even enjoy the beaches in the evening.

Day 6

Diu Sightseeing and Head to Bhavnagar

After breakfast, enjoy sightseeing tour of Diu visiting St. Paul Church & Diu Museum. Later head to Bhavnagar. Post freshen up, visit Takhteshwar Temple, Gandhi Smriti & Barton Museum. Overnight stay at Bhavnagar.

Day 7

Leave to Kevadia from Bhavnagar & Sightseeings

Post breakfast head to Kevadia. Settle down in the hotel and later visit Unity Glow Garden (Post 6:00 PM), The Statue of Unity Laser Show (Post 6:30), Illumination tour around. Overnight stay at Kevadia. Status of Unity remains closed on Monday.

Kevadia Sightseeing and Later head to Ahmedabad

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and complete the remaining sightseeing in Kevadia before proceeding to Ahmedabad.

Complete Remaining Kevadia Sightseeings (Tourist taxi will drop you at Ekta Nagar Bus Stand; from there, board SOU shuttle buses to reach the attractions.) - All the sights will be covered only once even if written twice.

  • Statue of Unity: 182 m tall statue of Sardar Patel with a viewing gallery and museum (₹380)

Head to Ahmedabad

After completing the sightseeing, begin your drive to Ahmedabad. On arrival, check in at your hotel and later proceed to explore the city. (Sights will be cover either today or tomorrow based on available time)

Ahmedabad Sightseeing and Fly Back

After breakfast at your hotel, embark on a half-day tour of Ahmedabad, covering its historic, cultural, and architectural highlights:

Ahmedabad Sightseeing:

  • Gandhi Ashram – The residence of Mahatma Gandhi, showcasing his life and teachings.
  • Hutheesing Jain Temple – A beautifully carved 19th-century Jain temple.
  • Sidi Saiyyed’s Mosque – Famous for its intricate stone lattice work, especially the iconic “Tree of Life” window.
  • Bhadra Fort – Historic fort and palace complex in the old city.
  • Rani Sipri’s Mosque – Blend of Islamic and Hindu architectural styles.
  • Julta Minara (Shaking Minarets) – Unique minarets that vibrate when shaken.
  • Sardar Patel National Memorial – Dedicated to India’s Iron Man, showcasing his contributions.

  • Christmas Dinner and New Year Dinner are mandatory in most of the hotels.

  • Flight Tickets/Train Ticket until unless not specified above.
  • Camera Charges, and Tip at different sites and restaurants.
  • Not mentioned specifically above. If something is committed and not mentioned in inclusion, please bring this in our notice ASAP.
  • City Tour Tickets are included only in Andaman. In any other Indian states, it is not included.
  • Additional Charges in case of Late Night (Post 8:00 PM) and Early Morning (Pre 6:00 AM) Picks up and Drops. (Not Informed during the itinerary discussions)

Land Package Cancellation Charges

  • More than 30 Days before Travel - 15% of the total Package cost. Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation.
  • More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost.
  • Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost.
  • Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time)
     

Flight Cancellation Charges

  • Individual Airline's and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.
