• Any chargeable services utilized in the hotel, and mentioned in the inclusion section.
• Gala Dinner (24 Dec, 25 Dec, 31 Dec, 14 Feb, any additional date) is additional until mentioned in the quote.
• Christmas Dinner and New Year Dinner are mandatory in most of the hotels.
• Any expense which are done for personal entertainment.
• Flight Tickets/Train Ticket until unless not specified above.
• Camera Charges, and Tip at different sites and restaurants.
• Not mentioned specifically above. If something is committed and not mentioned in inclusion, please bring this in our notice ASAP.
• City Tour Tickets are included only in Andaman. In any other Indian states, it is not included.
• Additional Charges in case of Late Night (Post 8:00 PM) and Early Morning (Pre 6:00 AM) Picks up and Drops. (Not Informed during the itinerary discussions)

Domestic Travel

• 50% of the total package cost for the confirmation.
• Remaining Amount to be paid 30 Days Before the travel date

International Travel

• Payment Policy will vary wrt (Though it would be communicated before booking otherwise domestic payment policy will be applicable.)

Land Package Cancellation Charges

• More than 30 Days before Travel - 15% of the total Package cost. Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation.
• More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost.
• Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost.
• Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time)
   

Flight Cancellation Charges

• Individual Airline's and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.

• Applicable only In case of Genuine Reason for Postponing the trip with Valid documents. Postponement would not be possible within a week of travel dates.
• Credit for Maximum 9 months would be Provided.
• Any Cancellation charges(Cruise/Flight/vehicle cancellation & Hotel Retention) would be deducted from the credit amount.
• Rate Differences (It could be any amount great than or equal to ZERO), as per the new travel date, would be additional at the time of booking.
• Company's Service Charges would be Zero.
• A traveler can change the destination and increase/decrease/change the travelers, however minimum package cost must be equal/higher to postponed package cost.
• A traveler can allow other traveler to use the credits  before expiry.
• Any confirmed postponed trip, can not be cancelled/refunded further for any known and unknown reasons. If you are not a frequent traveler, please request cancellation only.
• Coordinate with Airline Flight changes/amendments/cancellations/credit-shell.
• In case of postponement, dates must be informed minimum 45 days before travel.

Important Details wrt Flights

• Flight tickets are just the convenience provided to the traveler, where we provide one stop solution for all your travel related requirements.
• We, in any case, does not hold any responsibility of flight change, reschedule, or cancellation. Airline is solely responsible for such changes and client must communicate to the airline to resolve the issue. 
• We would try help you to provide the alternative arrangements but any additional cost arising, due to flight changes, must be borne by the traveler.
• We are not allowed to speak to the airline on your behalf.
• Our Company must not be held responsible for missing the flight due to known and unknown reasons.

Important Details wrt Itinerary

• Snorkeling@Elephant Beach is packaged with boat ticket and it is provided by the Boat Association. Under the specific circumstances, it could be removed from the boat ticket package as per the prevailing conditions, There are no refund whatsoever if it is not provided.
• Ross Island - Closed on Wednesday.
• North Bay Island - There are No Water Sport Activities on Wednesday
• Jolly Buoy Island/Red Skin Island/Baratang Island - Closed on Monday
• Few Museums are closed on Monday.
• Market and Chatham Saw Mill is closed on Sunday.
• All places and activities are closed on National Holidays and festivals i.e. Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, in-general. For such closure, Government circular is received 1-2 before the closure.
• We have kept the itinerary little free and flexible to keep the time for recovery from the ocean related health issues. These health issues are quite common and frequent for main-land travelers who are travelling in Ocean for the first time.
• However if you are ready to hit the road as soon as possible, there are following alternative which can be availed at an additional cost:
  • Visit to Chiriya Tapu, if not included. It is a famous Sunset Point in Port Blair Island which is primarily 30Kms far from the city. Per Vehicle (7/8 Seater) costs INR 1,500/- to visit the same.
  • Mount Harriet Excursion, if not included. Mount Harriet is the highest peak of Andaman. It’s popular to enjoy the panoramic view of Ocean & City at the dusk time. Per Vehicle (7/8 Seater) costs INR 2,000/- and additional INR 75/- Per Person are the boat/entry charges to visit the hill.
  • If you do not want to spend additional money, but still restless in the room, we can provide you a visit to Fishries Museum, Rajiv Ghandhi Sport Complex, and Marina Park at an additional cost of INR 500.
  • If your flight is after 14:00 on the last day, you can visit Ross Island, if it was not part of your itinerary, at your own cost i.e. INR 420/- rates on Jun 2024.
• Havelock & Neil has 3 beaches only and your itinerary is prepared keeping the most common itinerary in mind. Yet, you think that you are bored at resort, you can hire a Scooty @ INR 500 – 600/- for 24 hours (Please discuss the time of return the scooter even before hiring).
• Packed Breakfast, given in the early morning, contains mostly Bread, butter, Jam, and Juice in a tetra-pack. That’s standard across all the hotels in the island. Sea Shell does not provide Packed Breakfast.
• Vehicle are point to point, any deviation in the itinerary would cost additional amount. It allows driver to serve minimum 2-3 groups.
• Driver will leave you to enjoy after dropping you and might come back later. Stay strict and keep pushing him on being punctual.
• We try hard to provide you an Itinerary based on your preferences and our experience with travellersand place. However if you are not satisfied with the itinerary, we would request you ask for customization even 100 times.

Important Information wrt Cruises

• Cruise Tickets & Seats are subject to availability. Adjacent seats and requested cruise are subject to availability. We will try our level best to provide you requested cruise but there is no surity.
• We book & Commit First Category tickets in cruise (Unless paid for higher categories). If you want the higher category tickets, you must update at the time of booking and bear the additional charges. 
• If first category Tickets are not available, we will book next higher category available. Additional charges, if any, would be collected at the time of starting the trip. 
• Makruzz has disabled the option to select the seat number. Request you to bear with us as we are not responsible for providing you the tickets in different corners of the cruise.
• Makruzz sends a link 48 hours before the journey time to select the seats. Please act ASAP to select the seats.
• To board the cruise you are requested to carry the hard copy of the tickets.

• We work as Pure Service Agent.
• Day calculate 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs (Calendar Day), Driver take rest (Night Stay) minimum 8 hrs.
• Ac will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
• Vehicle will go where it can move safely. We would not push the driver to take a narrow road, Google Map does not Show the right Road a few Times.
• If you have paid for Innova, please expect it to be a minimum 10-12 years old vehicle. If you are expecting a good vehicle, choose Innova Crysta over Innova.
• Parking charges shall be included only one time to the sightseeing places, Market parking charges and it will not be covered to the hotels, cinemas, and shopping mall.
• After trip confirmation, it becomes very difficult to the duration of trip. We can maximize the same trip against additional tour cost as actual as per the availability.
• Package dates can be altered based on the availability of the hotel at the given date. Customer will need to bear the Excess amount if any.
• Any unused service, due to natural calamity or human reasons, would not be refunded.
• Any cancellations due to flight cancellation, and other similar situation would fetch 100% cancellation charges for unutilized room night, and vehicle.
• Check in and out time varies from hotel to hotel and it is between 10:00 hours to 14:00 hours.
• Early check in and late checkout request will be accommodated by the hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to availability and hotel terms.
• We are not responsible for bad weather conditions, political disrupts or any unavoidable reasons for cancellation of trip.
• At the time of quotation, we will share the vehicle details as well. If the vehicle is not as per your choice, please update.
• Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
• No refunds will be made for unused tours and hotel rooms.
• If required you can request the hotels for late check – out and the hotels will do the needful subject to availability of the room.
• Vehicle is strictly point to point. It will stick to the itinerary or will cover all the points listed in itinerary. Any additional pick and drop, would cost additional to the guest and it would be directly payable to the driver.
• We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
• City museums and monuments remain closed on National holidays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, we must not be held responsible for the same.
  Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained.
• Anything Lost/left behind during the travel should be traveler’s responsibility. We do not own any responsibility. Traveler has to coordinate with respective entities to retrieve it back.
  All disputes regarding the tour, voucher, refund, services, or whatsoever nature are subject to company's Jurisdiction.
• Online payments to the company's bank account, via Google Pay account, through credit card, debit card or whatsoever means are convenience offered to the client. In case of online payments also, any dispute is subject to company's Jurisdiction.
• In case of no disputes raised within 48 hours against the shared voucher or tour, it is understood that the client has read and accepted the document along with terms in the voucher/package.
• Night driving allowance of ₹400-500 per night, if your trip requires night driving between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am for any night apart from the pickup night. We neither recommend nor provide night driving as part of the package.
• PLEASE TAKE AN INSURANCE FOR YOUR PACKAGE FROM GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY TO SAVE MONEY DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION. Even the worst conditions attract HOTELS CANCELLATION, DRIVER CANCELLATION, PERMIT CANCELLATION, and SERVICE CHARGES.
   

• Hotel bookings are done with your Name. Sometimes agency names may differ.
• Carry medicines with you as you will be travelling long distances in a single travel.
• If required, lunch and dinner restaurants can be advised accordingly.
• Make sure you are aware about the prices of the services that you are using. As few hotels charge heavily for their services. Just bargain for things before even using them.
• If you are reaching late in the evening, please call the hotel. Sometime hotels release the booking if they are not informed about your delay.
• Please ask check-out time of the hotel. Make sure to check out as per guidelines. It may reduce headaches.
• As soon as you enter the hotel, make sure to ask the facilities (with the prices if any) available in the hotel to utilize them best.
• Talk to locals so that driver will not be able to cheat you.
• Please drink sufficient water to avoid dehydration especially in the high mountain areas.
• Keep the beaches, monuments, gardens and the environment clean and Dispose of the garbage at proper places/dustbins.
• Observe decency and decorum in dress, especially at places of worship.
• At the beach, parents are requested to keep an eye on their kids at all times.
• Enjoy the wilderness. Leave only footprints and take only photographs.
• Do not enter into restricted/tribal areas.
• While inside Tribal Reserve areas, do not take video, film or photographs of tribals.
• Do not light fire in forest areas##Do not stay on the beaches or forest during nights by putting up down tents/hammocks.
• Nudity on beaches and public places is forbidden and punishable offense.
• Do not enter the National Parks without permission.
