Our driver-cum-representative will pick you up from Kochi Airport and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Settle in and enjoy a comfortable stay at the hotel after your journey.

After landing in Kochi, meet our representative at the airport or railway station. Start your scenic drive to Thekkady, which is approximately 150 km from Kochi and takes around 4–5 hours by road.

On arrival in Thekkady, check in at your hotel and relax. Later, enjoy a leisurely stroll around the local market to experience the vibrant culture and shop for spices, souvenirs, and handicrafts.

After breakfast, set out to explore the scenic beauty and wildlife of Thekkady, one of Kerala’s most captivating destinations known for its dense forests, spice plantations, and adventurous experiences.

You can enjoy the following sightseeing points and activities during your stay in Thekkady:

• Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary & Lake Boating – Enjoy a serene boat ride on Periyar Lake and spot elephants, deer, and other wildlife along the banks.
• Spice Plantation Visit – Learn about the cultivation of Kerala’s famous spices such as cardamom, pepper, and cinnamon.
• Elephant Junction – Interact with elephants, enjoy elephant rides, feeding, or bathing experiences (optional).

After breakfast, complete any remaining sightseeing in Thekkady such as a spice garden visit, elephant ride, or boating at Periyar Lake (if not done earlier). Later, check out from the hotel and head towards Alleppey for a memorable houseboat experience. Alleppey is approximately 140 km from Thekkady, and it would take around 4 to 5 hours by road to reach. The drive offers scenic views of Kerala’s countryside, with spice plantations, rubber estates, and lush green paddy fields along the way.

 

Upon arrival in Alleppey, check in to your private houseboat by 2:00 PM and begin your tranquil cruise through the enchanting backwaters. Glide through narrow canals, lakes, and tiny hamlets while witnessing the calm village life of Kerala.

Next, witness the collection of paintings representing the various genres of paintings in India, along with a few from other parts of Asia at Sri Chitra Art Gallery. Next head towards a scenic lake, Veli with a beach, playground, floating cafe & sculptures, plus activities such as boatings Return to kovalam and checkin Overnight stay at the hotel in Kovalam

Wake up in the morning, have breakfast Enroute Kanyakumari. A long list of the major attractions of the state of Tamil Nadu are sheltered in Kanyakumari. The important tourist spots of this place include religious sites like Thanumalayan Temple, Kumari Amman Temple, and Lord Subramanya Temple; historical spots like Vattakottai Fort, Padmanabhapuram Palace, and Vivekananda Rock Memorial. Return back to kovalam.

We will cover the Thiruvanthpuram sights including padmanabhaswamy temple If not covered yesterday and time allows. Today is the time to leave the places. We are sure that you have collected millions of sparkling memories of mountains, beaches and hills. It would be possible to board from either of Trivendram, Alleppey, Ernakulam or Kochi.
