A_1N kochi-2N Munnar-2N Varkala

Our driver-cum-representative will pick you up from Kochi Airport and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Settle in and enjoy a comfortable stay at the hotel after your journey.

We will head to Athirapilly first to enjoy the Asia's largest waterfall. Later after spending a few hours at the water fall, we will set out for a journey to Munnar, a place known for its tea plantations, rolling hills, picture postcard hamlets and undulating valleys. On your way to Munnar, visit the cascading Valara, and Cheyyappara waterfalls and capture some beautiful moments there. Later check in to the hotel. You can spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stroll around the markets or visit nearby places to witness the beauty of this place.

After breakfast at the hotel, head out for sightseeing in and around Munnar. Complete any remaining sights from the previous day before starting new activities.

 

Munnar Extended Sightseeing:

• Eravikulam National Park – Famous for Nilgiri Tahr and scenic landscapes, ideal for photography.
• Spice Garden – Explore local spices and plantations.
• Rajamalai (Eravikulam Hills) – Panoramic views and trekking opportunities.

 

Return to the hotel in the evening for overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Munnar. Complete any remaining sightseeing in Munnar before beginning your journey to Jatayu Earth Center. Distance from Munnar to Jatayu Earth Center is Approximately 260 km, taking around 6–7 hours by road.

 

Sightseeing at Jatayu Earth Center:

• Jatayu Statue – World’s largest bird sculpture depicting the mythical eagle from Ramayana
• Adventure Activities (optional) – Zip-lining, rock climbing, and rope activities available at the center
• Jatayu Nature Park – Scenic walking trails and viewpoints surrounding the statue

 

After visiting Jatayu Earth Center, proceed to Varkala. Distance from Jatayu Earth Center to Varkala is Approximately 70 km, taking around 1.5–2 hours by road. Upon reaching Varkala, check in to your hotel. The rest of the evening is free for leisure, with optional activities like:

• Sunset at Varkala Cliff – Stunning cliff views overlooking the Arabian Sea
• Evening beach walk at Papanasam Beach – Known for its natural springs and religious significance
• Ayurvedic massage/spa – Optional wellness experience (additional cost)

 

Sightseeing in Varkala (next day or evening if time permits):

• Varkala Cliff & Papanasam Beach – Popular for sunsets, cliffside cafes, and shops
• Janardhana Swamy Temple – Historic temple with religious significance
• Anjengo (Anchuthengu) Fort – About 20 km from Varkala, a historical Dutch fort
• Kappil Lake & Beach – Beautiful backwater and beach combination, ideal for photography and boat rides

Relax at your hotel and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Varkala.

After breakfast proceed for Varkala siteseeing.Major side seings are: visit to Sivagiri, Janardhana Swamy Temple, Vishnu Temples,the Papasnanam Beach, Kappil Lake.

Post breakfast, check out from the Hotel. You can visit Padmanabham Temple depending on available time. (If Dropping to Trivendram) Else otherwise vehicle will head to Kochi. Based on the time available, we will drop you to the Kochi Airport/ Railway Station. Later based on your departure timing, vehicle shall drop you at the respective destination.
